Provided technical support for the interoperability and delivery of new concepts in communication and information systems. Responsible for conceptualising and implementing innovative solutions to defense IT challenges, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of communication systems.

Key Achievements/Projects:

  • Played a crucial role in converting RAF Control and Reporting Centre (CRC) from bespoke hardwired buildings to virtualised environments. Enabled the establishment of CRC presence anywhere with portable equipment, significantly enhancing flexibility and response capability.
  • Implemented a serverless Radio over IP solution, resulting in substantial monetary and computational savings while maintaining compatibility with the RAF’s current radio networks. This innovative solution enhanced operational efficiency and reduced hardware dependency.
  • Provided expert technical support for the interoperability and delivery of advanced communication and information systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation for multiple capabilities used by the armed forces.
  • Created detailed documentation and reports on system configurations, project progress, and implementation outcomes, ensuring clear communication and future reference.
